I just replaced the printhead. Now the T-Jet will do ink charges and cleanings, but will not print anything.

It goes through the motions but won't even do a nozzle check.

Any ideas?

Check your ribbon cable connections. Make sure everything is pushed in snugly. Also check for any burn marks at the connection points.

I am also having this problem... but I replaced the fuse in the back, the ribbon cable and the encoder strip as well... what else could possibly cause this?
could I have been sent faulty ribbon cables?
I do see a small (what seems to be a burn mark) mark in the same place on both my old and new replacement cables

ANY IDEAS?
