Does anyone know of a service provider in the Seattle area that does maintenance on the 4880 based DTG's?

My Blazer Pro is throwing a 10004 error (encoder strip). Normally, I would tackle something like this myself, but I would like to have a real technician check out the printer since I've only recently acquired it.

I was the Sr Installation Technician for US Screen for 5 yrs traveled around installing repairing and training on the Blazer Pro and Express. I live in Phoenix and I now have the Resolute Ink line going. I would be willing to discuss flying up to service your printer.
