Hello everyone, I hope some of you can help me. I'm very new at embroidery, I own a SWF machine for a few years now, but since I was in the military, deployments and other overseas duties, I really didn't get the time to really learn the machine. I have been messing with it lately, cleaning it, making sure everything works. I just bought a USB linker and was able to install it. The issue that I have been having is that, the machine is not letting me call another design. I keep pressing the "floppy disk" icon, but the machine is not responding, the "run" light is on, as if it has a job on standby. I can't find any good video that can help me troubleshoot the equipment, I'd appreciate any help I could get, thanks in advance.

On my Tajima, I always have to push and hold the reset button on the usb drive. There is a red light which is solid and then it goes out. Not sure if yours is the same, mine is installed right into the machine in the floppy slot, and I have Tajima not SWF
