Anybody have a bad experience with Sunie.com?
Any trouble getting them to answer the phone?
Any trouble getting them to return a call?

Do you own a sunie or looking to buy one? I have asked on the forum as well about a sunie press, got one reply. Is Sunie not responding to any of your calls? I have sent them emails and they have responded... I'm also considering purchasing one myself and would like to know if they provide good customer service, support, and have a good press, etc.

My other choice is the TransPro by ProWorld.... Ed does address every issue I have seen posted on this forum. And he has answered my personal PM"s & emails as well.
Although the Sunie has a 2 yr. warranty as opposed to the 1 yr. with ProWorld/Ed, I think I may go for the TransPro for the "known customer service" of ProWorld and Ed's participation & reputation on this forum.
It may be better to deal with good customer service over sunie's extra 1 yr. warranty extension..... especially if you can not get in contact with them or get replies to customer service issue's?

I don't know of any Sunie members/reps. responding on this forum? Please provide more details of your post...do you have a press and can not get in contact or get a reply from someone at sunie?

I have two Sunie presses..no issues....but ProWorld is an active member of our forum and does offer good advice...even though I have good luck with my Sunie, if I were just starting, I would sure lean toward Ed at ProWorld

I have a Sunie heat press and a Sunie mug press and have not had any issues at all with them. Works great but I also have not had a reason to call them. I guess it would be good to know that if you did have an issue how/would they respond.
