First time poster, so sorry if this info can be found elsewhere!

I've been using my summa d60 for a couple weeks, and its been working perfectly, until I tried using some thicker t shirt vinyl

It was cutting standard sticker vinyl at 90gr at around 300mm perfectly

but I couldnt get it to cut thicker stuff, so I took the cutter out and put a new one in, and now its not cutting the corners on anything properly, leaving a small amount uncut on rightangles making weeding extremely difficult

I've tried changing the pressure, speed, nothing

I've changed the overcut to 1mm which is find on one side but worse on the other side of the graphic

Any help or ideas what I'm doing wrong would really be great!

Try with a 60 degrees knife
