I suggest you get in the game yourself. Apparently you already have a heat press, correct? Why not spend another couple hunnit and be self contained? Trust me you'll be more creative because you'll be able to do one-offs to test and perfect your final designs. Which if you're farming them out may take more time.
Also what if get a potential customer Friday who wants to see their design on a sock? Unless you're in the same area as the printer, you could lose that potential customer because you have to wait on delivery of said transfers.
Check out the Epson WF-7510 or WF-7520. These are sufficient enough for getting socks done and not breaking you in the process of owning your own sublimation printing setup. For ink contact Cobra Ink and you gotta ask for "high temp" ink otherwise you'd get the infamous Sgt. Schultz "I know nothing..." if you ask for it by any other name.
