I believe the whole point is to design around the problem areas so you do not have voids. Typically the only way you can do full coverage with very few to no voids is to have a shirt that is basically a box which is not something that goes over well in the apparel market. Someone mentioned conde was going to release a "flat" laying shirt but if it is a box fit the only market is the low end market.
