Hi guys,

I'm new and noobie into sublimation... just bought all the equipment and working on my business,

As i suprisingly seem to understand - i can only print on white t-shirts? is that true?

What solutions do you think i can have for other color printings?

You can print on coloured shirts too, there are some rules and limitations:
- If you need true representation of your design colours - the shirts should be white
- When you print on coloured shirts - the design will stand out on lighter/pastel colours; on brighter colours (i.e. red, blue) only black/very dark print will work well
- The colour of the shirt will "blend" into the colours of your print, so if you print a blue word on a yellow shirt it will look a bit green-ish.

So what type of ink and transfer method would you suggest me to use for colorfull prints? i when i pass a mall-stands of shirt printing they all say they print "digital printing" method on the fabrics (which by the way are cotton!) and i can't tell what is those inks are...

I just can't understand that =\ what method should i use for t-shirt printing in singles, colorfull prints and fabrics?

I suspect the ones you see in malls are done with direct to garment printers. as for colored tee shirts for sublimation you need to use light color....remember the process dyes the polyester strands...so if you have a light blue tee and you use an image with yellow..you will get a color shift...same as using a blue and yellow crayon like we used as kids

True sublimation for dark garments does not exist...remember sublimation process takes the ink and turns it into gas with the heat and the pressure forces the gas into the garment where it bonds with the polyester fibers. You cannot dye a dark material pink or red or any color as the black over powers the other colors. Maybe the paper you are talking about lays a polymer coating on the garment, then sublimate...but then the transfer is sitting on top of the garment like any inkjet transfer
