Is it ok to use inkjet transfer paper with a subliminal printer ? I really want to do glow in the dark on shirts and bags but all I can find is glow in the dark transfer paper for inkjet

No.

I think you may be conflating three things, not just two.

Glow in the dark is likely Vinyl, transfer paper is for ink, sublimation is for sublimation dye.

They do not mix.

Nothing that comes out of an inkjet printer will glow, or if it does I would run away from it.

Actually, there is glow in the dark transfer paper for inkjet. Do an internet search on that phrase.
