I have these areas of Ryonet Hybrid WBP emulsion embedded in some 156 screens that just doesn’t want to come out. Mostly streaks around the edges. I soaked them over night and no progress from the initial reclaim with Texsource ER-1. The emulsion was only on for a couple of days and the majority cleaned out just fine. Anyone?

you soaked them with what overnight?

emulsion that is hard to reclaim on the outside edges are usually due to underexposing the emulsion. the edges can be thicker depending on how you coat and that makes them harder to expose.

I soaked them with undiluted Texsource ER-1 Emulsion Remover. My emulsion coverage is uniform across the entire screen. I go to great lengths to make sure there are no runs on drippings because I hate standing at the booth scrubbing and soaking. I little extra effort in the beginning helps a lot in the end.
I can remove even 5-year-old emulsion and thick runs with a little effort. But this looks like something has chemically cured the areas.
