Strange issue with one white head sometimes printing, sometimes not

Hello. I am wondering if anyone else has had an issue like this.

Lately (past few weeks), when we start our f2000 and do a nozzle check, the white 1 and 4 show perfect, but the 2 and 3 have spots missing. Usually, after doing a light cleaning, 2 and 3 look pretty good also. However, yesterday, something strange began. I did the nozzle check and 1, 2, and 4 looked good. 3 was blank! I did a cleaning and another check. All 4 looked fine after that. I printed a shirt that had solid white areas. The white areas looked really bad. I did a nozzle check and 3 was blank again. I did another cleaning and 3 was good. Printed another shirt (same design) and white looked bad. Nozzle check and 3 was blank. Did another cleaning and 3 looked fine after. At that time, I quit because I didn't know what else to do.

Anyone have any idea what would cause 3 to come and go like that? Sorry for the drawn out example and possible misuse of terminology. :) Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Same thing is happening to me except WH3 eventually went black.
Check your capping station. If you're not getting a good seal around the print head you won't be able to pull ink through the lines. The part is ~$200 and takes 20mins to replace. You'll need to buy/download software to access service level resets to do the flushing adjustment.
The service program I purchased doesn't seem to work with firmware CL010I2. Can anybody verify?
We’re on CL022G8, 1.02, 5000
