We are doing maintenance on our Storm II and have had the threaded end snap off of the small plastic reducer that goes from the head mounting to the spray nozzle. This is probably a $4 part.
All Kornit has available is the entire mounting assembly to the tune of $100 each and cannot sell us just the threaded reducer.
Has anyone needed to source this small piece to replace it? I can find it in brass but so far not in plastic/vinyl.
Secondly, is there a chance of a negative chemical reaction if I put pre-treatment thru a brass fitting versus a plastic one?
