Help a newbie please.
I think I posted this earlier today but was on an old post.
Hi If I buy a zebra printer and use it with endicia and or UPS or paypal my question is were should I start storing address I want to ship to. lets say I want to start collecting address of retail stores. were should I collect them to now? word, excell,or? so when I get set up with the printer I can copy and paste them in?

I know Endicia and Stamps.com have database templates and plug-ins that you can use to drop into their programs for your shipping. Plus, they both have history pages that save for at least 3 months if not longer.

Hi Billy,

As dazzabling mentioned, Stamps.com allows you to add any address that you use for a shipping label to an Address Book automatically. Also, Stamps.com stores your shipping data forever (as long as your account is active). So you can always use our "Search history" feature to find an old address.
