Have you registered your cutter with GCC club? There you will find the newest drivers and downloads, make sure you download the VLCD3 monitor from the site not off your CD.

Are you set up with the Great Cut Illustrator or Corel plug-in?

yes I'm registered and imm download it again and see what happen, is theres any instruction anywhere online on how to use the cutter? idk why the company dint do this, i have illustrator but idk how to get the plug in to make it work.

Yes, in the online registration (GCC CLUB) you have access to your manual and other information. Do you have Great Cut?

Where did you purchase the cutter? Do you have a sales rep?

You had a post somewhere else where you were using a MAC.

Is that what you are working with still?

I just found out how to use this machine and program, thanks for all the help people, Im using a mac with Parallel running Windows 7.

If you have any tips post them i will receive my cutter next week and i will probably like you figuring how to make it work
