Hi All,

Am fairly new to the world of vinyl cutting and have a question on Sticker rolls.

How do they make those rolls of stickers that you can buy? You know the ones that you buy that are say 40mm wide and in a box of as a roll that has say a star sticker every 5cm.

Is it simply they cut the shapes into the vinyl down one side for the whole length that they want and then have to cut it manually into a thin line that they can then roll back up and sell as a 'sticker roll'?

Any help would be great

There are some machines specifically designed to make stickers and they can feed smaller vinyl rolls for printing and cutting. I've even seen one at a trade show that was self weeding.
