StencilPro design bleeds-need HELP

(stencil is ready-using hi res stencilpro because of detailed design)

Here are the steps I make:

1. Line up and center T-shirt
2. Stretch and center T-shirt onto frame
3. Apply Mounting Spray then center and place stencil on T-shirt
4. Apply paint on designated area, drag squeege in 45 angle with little pressure over screen 3-4 times.
5. Remove stencil.

I'm printing on a black 100% cotton shirt with green or opaque white Speedball ink.

It's bleeding and I have no idea why...:(
Any suggestions? Advice?
Thanks!

Well, nobody answered, but I figured it out. I have to make sure that I drag the squeegee fast enough and never pause.:)
