I am new at this and have some questions that I hope I can get answers on.

1. If a person uses Plastisol Heat Transfer does it require a special printer?

2. What is a good recommendation for a printer able to print Plastisol Heat Transfers?

3. Where can a person buy good made in the USA t-shirts?

4. What would be the recommended size for a Heat Press for the above method?

5. What is the average retail price for printing t-shirts using Plastisol?

A screen printer makes the transfer.

2. What is a good recommendation for a printer able to print Plastisol Heat Transfers?
Search for screen print transfer vendors in the search box on this site, you will find a list of a bunch of them.

3. Where can a person buy good made in the USA t-shirts?
From a wholesale supplier
4. What would be the recommended size for a Heat Press for the above method?
16"x20" is pretty standard, I like geo knight presses

5. What is the average retail price for printing t-shirts using Plastisol?
There is going to be a large difference depending on quantity, number of colors, type of shirt used, etc.
So anywhere from a few bucks up.
