Hi all,
Just joined the forums where I would love to hear yor views and ideas. My name is Paul and I am looking to start a heat transfer business. I would like to first specialise in music t shirts but need to check legalities etc before I do. Can anyone help with what the laws are to do shirts with bands such as The Who, The Small Faces etc on. Where do I begin? Really I am aiming at doing them in children's sizes to start.

You would generally need a license agreement to legally print shirts such as these. I don't know the particulars of who to ask to get one, but you should re-post this question under the T-shirt selling forum to get an answer.
