If you want embossing then permaboss . Do a machine? Not sure if this is the sort of thing you are looking for. There is a couple of videos of it on ytube.

sounds like he wants puff - that is the only thing which has some sort of texture

Yeah I think it will be the Puff method that will give me the effect that I'm looking for... Most of my applications are Heat Transfer so But I have 1 logo on the shirt that I would want to have that affect... And this Forum is exactly what I need to help me out with my business, i really appreciate the help
