i already checked many threads but i couldnt find any info on large sub printers (24''-44'') and the release paper for this purpose !

i think 24" printer will do the job for the full tee print, but which printer has a high speed and durability for production line?
Epson 7000 series for 24" print work
7600 for 6 colour process, or 7400 for four colour IIRC
set of refillable cartridges, and bulk inks
paper comes in rolls, RevolutionTransfers Large Format Printer (LFP) Store: Coldenhove High Speed Dye Sub Paper 24", Coldenhove Dye Sublimation Paper, Jetcol-HTR-SPEED-24

i've checked the local hp dealer site (i live in UAE) and they dont have 7000 series ! only 7400 can be a bulk system?
i checked the main site and they have "HP Designjet T790 PostScript ePrinter series"
HP Designjet Large Format Printers At a glance - HP Small & Medium Business products
When you are saying "full t-shirt print" - what do you mean? Oversized print? Seam to seam? Full coverage sleeves included?
I'd suggest checking the size charts of the t-shirts you are planning to print on. I'm using Vapor Apparel range and with 24" printer, if you want to go seam to seam, the print will fit nicely up to size L (22,5"), but XL will be very tight fit (24").

For sublimation ink you cannot just use any wide format printer, it has to be based on a piezo head, like Epson use.
This is what Epson say that they have available in UAE ... طابعة التنسيقات الكبيرة - Epson
The 7700 is a 4 colour/24" wide printer that would fir your needs, or the 9700 being it's bigger 44" brother
