Stahls customer service uk

Hello
I have a Stahls Maxx heatpress that is not reaching its displayed temperatures.

I have tried ringing the customer service number but it seems American and does not ring, invalid number (Im in England UK)

I sent them an email 2 days a go which I have had no reply to either.

How do I contact them?!
Help much appreciated.

If it is out of guarantee then you have to send it to Germany.
Stahls Europe Africa Middle East EN

Doesn't matter how good they are if they don't want to look after them when they have problems....

Alternatively do what my supplier told me to do - take the back panel off and jiggle the wires around a bit!!!! (Unplug it first).

Very bad advice! DO NOT DO THIS!

Just because something is disconnected at the mains does not mean it is safe. If you don't know what an ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR is and how to safely discharge them then you shouldn't be opening up any electrical equipment.
thanks for the replies. It is still in warranty actually so what happens re: repair options? Id rather not open up myself as dont want to void the warranty
I believe that in UK law it's the retailer that you have a contract with, not the manufacturer. Assuming you bought it new and not 2nd hand you should contact the shop/business and it's their responsibility to get it sorted for you.
