Does the stabilizer stick together with the fabric while is in the process, using the Brother Embroidery?

Not sure what you are asking.
If you are using a sticky stabilizer, then yes it will stick to the fabric through any process of embroidery regardless of brand of machine you are using.
Can you be a little more specific in what you asking so we can answer you better?
