Sorry, this might be a dumb question, did my first shirts and realized i needed a bigger squeegee. I ordered a 14" and a 12", im concerned that the twelve might be a little too wide, the image i have is about 11.5 wide and the inside screen size 16.7 (approx). Is the 14 going to cause any issues as its so close to screen edges (im figuring the screen wont push down so well along the outsides edges). I really wanted to go 13" but it was not readily available, i was thinking about cutting it down to 13" or should i just leave it alone ?

I would leave it alone, unless you have problems with it. I use 15" squeegees all the time on 18" ID Frames with no problems. Thats about the same ratio as you. And trust me, as soon as you cut that down, you'll get a job for a 13.5" print!

I try to use a squeegee about an inch bigger than the image when doing spot colors. When doing simulated process I use the same size as the biggest screen for all
