Does anyone know where I can purchase round head (a.k.a. ball shaped) squeegees?

You can look for non-square squeegees, but you might need to make your own.
It's easy.
Glue down sandpaper on a flat surface and sand down the edge to your preferences.
Using long sandpaper works good.
Also course, medium and fine sandpaper might be needed to finalize the blade.
