We are getting these spots on black DT6100 hoodies (see pic). They have a 100% cotton face material. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Yeah... hoodies can do this.
Try 3 light coats of pretreat instead of one heavy coat (spray and heat press 3 times).
