Hey Guys,

Looking for some added advice on ink spots/stains on shirts. We use the spot gun but some times that is leaving stains on our shirts (typically Gildan brand). Any suggestions on a certain brand chemical we should try or tricks of the trade. This is a dirty business, literally.

Are you using a spot removing station with an exhaust fan. I don't have a spot removal gun yet, but I've read that if you don't use some sort of ventilation to evaporate the chemical it can cause stains... I hope I'm correct with that info

ya, we have a spot gun station that sucks air out. Not sure how well that works. If we do shirts with our without it, i can not really tell a difference.

Your station should absolutely make a difference. Try a hair drier. It needs to dry quick to stop the whitish evaporation ring stains.

Spot cleaning fluid (essentially dry cleaning fluid) is used in spot cleaning guns
