Sport Gray 90% cotton Tshirt, which paper?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but couldn't find anything on Google or the forum search function. Sport Gray 90% cotton, 10% Polyester (Gildan if that matters?), which paper SofStretch or 3DJet Opague, or even something else? Sorry i'm new to all of this!

If the shirt is a light gray and the image has some color to it, like blue, black, red, green etc. the JPSS is the way to go. However, if it's a darker gray and then your image may seem muted with the JPSS, thus in that case I would go with the 3G Opaque
