So when doing big orders and client provides the garments, we give a spoilage rate. Question is if they do not want to replace the garments. Do you still charge them for the printing of the shirts. Or cancel them out

i don't replace any garment that i don't purchase, but i do waive the print fee if it was my mistake. so they need to either bring me another shirt to print, or i will provide the shirt at my normal cost.

That's what I thought. That's what I do, hey can either replace the garment or I just waive print fee. We do 1/% spillage for cmyk and 2% with underbase
