We got one about three weeks ago and I must say its a good tool. We had a 72 piece order that required pretreating so we just rolled it to the dryer and let 'er rip. Don't remember how long it took but about 30 min. doing it by hand would have taken 2 hrs. It takes about 10 min. to learn how to use it and all the shirts are uniform in the application.
Switching from Light to dark treatments takes about 1 min. and cleaning about the same. For us it was a good investment and have had no bad shirts due to uneven treatment.

The are nice but the cost is a little high I feel. You would need to have some realy big orders to justify the cost.

Hows the dark shirts coming along?

They print fine, It takes a couple of head cleanings and nozzle checks to get the white Ink going, then its SWEET.
