speedball emulsion

I am a new screen printer. I bought some speedball emulsion and coated my screens. I bought a florsent light box that has 4 light tubes. How much time should I use? This will be the first screen I have done. I can only find time foe an incondesent bulb or a holigen buld. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
