I looked through the old posts and what I have found is all from many years ago. Wondering what kind of Vinyl I would use for a spare tire cover? I am new to this business and was asked about a design on a spare tire. I have only used Siser PSV Easyweed and Oracal 651 for decals, and Siser Easyweed for heat transferred things so far.

Would this be a decal vinyl? I'm guessing it would not be heat pressed, but I could be wrong.

oracal 651 should do the trick

make sure it is clean and finish with alcohol (the tire cover, not you)
see if you can remove it and put it over a rigid surface to get a good mating (the vinyl, not you)
don't wash the tire cover for about 24 hours as the glue cures
