Something is wrong with newly reclaimed screens.

Hey guys having some issues emulsion on some freshly reclaimed and degreased/dehazed. I am not sure if it's left over chemical somehow still on the screen or what. Used pink stuff degrease and dehazer, and chromaline emulsion.

Everything is cleaned in a washout booth with a pressure washer so I don't know how chemical would still be present.

Any opinions on why it's looking so streaky and blochy?

I would burn one and see if it works right.

I did have occasion to clean it several times.

I have burned them and everything seems to be fine, nothing blows out and they expose like normal.

I would too. Sometimes a coating looks like hell but the screen works fine. That way you can get the job done, then when you reclaim the screen thoroughly degrease it. You can also use abrading powder. I use Bar Keepers Friend for abrasion and degreasing. It has a a gentle grit in it that doesn't harm the mesh and it rinses easily off the screen. If you try that, use a green scrubby pad and scrub the living daylights on both sides of the mesh using some water to get a paste consistency.

Keep the scrubby pad for the next screen and don't use it for anything else.
