Hey guys!
It just came to my attention, by one of my customers, that someone is using the T-Shirt Dudes name to sell shirts on a site called Roblox. I have been trying to get in contact with this person to let them know that they are using my company name, but the Roblox site blocks me from contacting them. I have tried calling and emailing Roblox with no luck in getting in touch with anyone. My company name is registered federally in Canada and the US.

Would anyone have any suggestions on how I should handle this? I am not looking at suing, just want them to stop using my name.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks guys for your input. Yes company name is trademarked. I got a really nice and polite email from Roblox that is of course generic saying that I need to send them all my company info proving my claim and they will review it at their convenience. So a polite way of saying get lost you goof, we don't have time or any interest in dealing with this. The only thing they will need to review now is my lawyer's cease and desist letter. If this company was serious in any way they would look into this in a more serious manner. My attorney tells me that if they do not act on the cease and desist letter we can then go after Roblox and their user using our name.

So I guess I can start printing and selling Roblox shirts and tell them when they say I cannot do this that they need to send me all of their info proving their claim and I will review it when I have time. Which should be early next January, if I feel like it. Hmmm... might be a way to make a few extra bucks.
