after months of trying to revive a blazer pro, we've finally cleared all error messages! we've replace so many parts, machine is almost like new.

problem now is we are stuck on remove paper error, have tried the paper trick which always works on our other machines, but not this time.

we've replaced the mother board, and re-flashed it with NVram info from working machine, but we're pretty sure we need to re enter all the settings on machine.

the issue is when entering maintenance mode 2 our "UP" and "DOWN" buttons on LCD don't work...all other buttons do...

so we can't get into settings...

ive tried replacing the lcd with a spare, exact same issue....

could it be that little black relay on side of machine?

all connections look good on it, could it just be dead?

Also, when pluggin power directly into 4880 to bypass tjet we get the "lever" message on LCD so we know its working properly.

Check the connections on the interconnect board. If everything looks good it may need to be replaced.

Everything looks good there, and it's a brand new one, we replaced it after clearing several other error codes, replacing interconnect was our last move.

Wiring and connections look good, took extra care in soldering below....

have double checked all connections and ribbon cables.

board is new
