Planning to print some decals, so the question would be could I use solvent inks on capillary films.

I'm no expert in cap film, but unless the film is for solvent printing, it probably will either break down from the solvent, or possibly lock up. No different than emulsion in that regard.

Best bet, look up the spec sheets for the specific film you're using.
