Solution for small volume sales?

Hey all. I am new here and have done tons of reading. Love the support here! I am a bit unsure how to proceed with my shirts. I am NOT trying to be a tee shirt vendor. I have a thriving, successful brand and just made 300 tanks to sell at events and trainings. When I posted them to social media, I got inundated with requests to sell online. I have an online store for my trainings so the e-commerce part is easy. It is the solution to fulfillment I guess that I need. I am so busy that I personally cannot take on shipping, but my volume is not large enough to pay a fulfillment center since it is not my main gig. I would love to offer it to someone local, like a mom looking for some extra work, but I do not even know how to describe what I need. A mailer? I would love to know from you experts if you have ideas on how to keep it sweet, simple and "easy" and to put into a place a simple operation. Ideas, thoughts, advice? THANK YOU!

Take a bicycle and drive it each day to post office and send those t-shirts. Don't say in your mind that you are makeing a delivery. Say to your self you are having exercise for your good health. After all no health no business on a long run.

What do you say? :)

SkyeB,
That is a good problem to have. You have reached that point where you must choose to become a manager of people. This means business as you know it is about to cease.
I suggest looking at this from these points of view.

#1. Personal development
Does this POSITION lend itself to new skill creation that will prove beneficial and a good internship position. Make a list of what the intern will learn. Analysis if any that must be made. Management skills that can be acquired. I then suggest approaching ANYONE involved in the STEM programs at high school, local college or university. Adjunct professors are so poorly paid you just might get a PHD to pack your boxes.....and help with your marketing messages for your website.

#2. What is the 'Why" of your business?
How can this opportunity change the lives of others? Seek out those who provide services to 'at risk' populations such as those organizations who provide services to 'battered' shelters, homeless or in-transition. Consider a felon friendly business. (seriously, if not you, who?)

#3. Let the people you trust know you are looking for good part time help.

#4. Craigslist
I have found those searching Craigslist for jobs are real grinders. There is a security component to consider so act prudently. They are hungry and they are hustling.
