I advise you to keep your money for now, and have your t-shirt produced in a company that is already equipped with DTG.
Because a DTG machine that does not run every day, costs very expensive maintenance, and hard to find a good machine with your budget.
Start like this, after if your business grows you can equip with machines of last generation.
I know a company not far from London that can help you, good service and great quality of work, it is equipped with a Kornit.
