Over the years, I've accumulated lots of pictures, cartoons funnies etc for printing on shirts.

Is there a piece of software out there that can automatically produce an image of a shirt with my pictures on?

Would save a lot of time.

I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that depending on how you "accumulated" those, there's a good chance they'd be copyright violations.

Yup. There's a plugin for Corel Draw from Advanced Artist that does that.
