Hello, I was wondering how you get the soft hand feel that are on some tshirts. From my research it looks like its a water based ink that is used through screen prints. Is there anyway to do a soft print through plastisol?

I am starting up a small at home business with just me and I want high quality tshirts. Would screen printing with water based be too hard to do solo? I will have about 5 different designs with each of them having around 2-3 colors at the most!

Just looking for some direction! Thank you:)

You can get a pretty soft hand feel with plastisol if you use a reducer or softhand base. They may not get you quite as soft as waterbased but close.
You can do waterbased prints from home. You just need to be mindful of curing times and not letting the ink dry in your screens.
