I have a gecko heat press and my adjustment knob is broken. I can't get it to the pressure it needs to be because it gets stuck. I emailed the vendor I bought it from on ebay they kind of gave me the run around for a bit and then just stopped answering all together. I can't find a direct number to gecko. And I am coming up on my year warranty. Does anyone know how I can get ahold of gecko themselves or do you have any advice on how to fix it or know somewhere I could take it to get it fixed. Thanks a lot!
