I am so frustrated with blue hoodies. Every hoodie i printed has these bleed through spots. THe blue shirts don't only the hoodies.

What the heck? Any info or ideas?

Does this happen immediately after printing?

You can see it during print, but yes. Happens on both the hoodies and shirts.

Using IA Dark PT.

Shirts are Royal Blue and Hoodies are Deep royal

Whats the brand and fabric content? A lot of hoodies are heavy in poly and that might be an issue.

It looks like fibers that were not laying down prior to printing that have "smeared" into the print to me. If you look at the print from an angel prior to pressing it can you see any fibers standing up?

Athletic whites are low bleed and recommended for polyester blends...Have you tried a high end white? Like Wilflex Bright Tiger white? Union or Mixopake. To me this looks like a very thin application of ink... or high mesh count. The thicker your lay-down =Flash= 2nd hit will assure you very little bleed. 110 with a solid white good lay-down I guarantee 100% better results and no dye migration.
