Sizing dimensions for a 4XL sweatshirt

Hi there, it's been a loong while since I've posted, but I need some advice: How large should the artwork be for someone who wears a size 4XL sweatshirt? I'm ordering my artwork done from Stahl's but don't know the dimension size to ask for...if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!!!
