Site is live and ready for critique

My site has been in the works for quite some time. I'm launching it to catch some of the Christmas rush.

It's been a steep learning curve and I know I have made some mistakes that I have learnt from.

I'd like some critique... especially about areas for improvement. Thanks

Looks like a good start to me. Everything worked that I tried.
You have no information in your Meta Data.. keywords and such will help your SEO

I dont like how clicking on an image to enlarge it opens in teh same window which replaces the shopping cart with the image.. a pop up window would be the best way to do that.. or something like lightbox

No returns/shipping page or privacy notice

You should consider putting a contact us form instead of just an email. It just makes customers happy to not have to open their email client and copy and paste into their email.

Overall the site looks good. I agree with the contact us form suggestion. Maybe you can make it its own link in the top menu instead of combining it with about us. It looks like you have the additional space in this top menu to make it its own link.
Going through the checkout pages, using Firefox, I am getting a phantom plain text Mens and Womens link on the far left of my screen. It is completely off your white area and on to your gray wallpaper.

What shopping cart are you using?

Overall nice, clean site.
Hello
The only thing I can see that you need is more contact details, an address and a Telephone No.

I agree that more contact details adds legitimacy. I've added an address and toll-free phone number.

Maybe its yor monitor resolution. I have firefox and i dont see that. it is all nicely compact on my screen
Love your designs..!
The website itself is realy nice and deliver the nice feeling I should feel when surfing a website like this.
Each t-shirt page presented at a good way, and it's very easy to navigate the website.
If it was cheaper I would buy but I still think you'll get customers soon ;)

I changed it so that clicking on an image will not open in the same window. It's now set up as a rollover.

The shipping/returns are in the FAQ. I'm a bit unsure of having a dozen different options on the menu bar.

What would you put in a privacy notice? Are you referring to credit card info or ???
Privacy notice is VERY important. YOu tell the people how you might use their informatyion, how your store it, whether or not you put a cookie on their computer.. Read some of the larger stores privacy notices and you will get a better idea.. you also put in there the copyright info about your designs.
That poutine looks tasty. Im in Ottawa so we get wicked poutines at this greasy place just over the border in Quebec on the way to the cottage. Good Job!
Great start,

Great logo too.

Let's get some more designs on there. I don't think you need to show the name below each picture either. Removing the name will make the design grid look a lot nicer.

Also, your t-shirts have a very special twist to them. I'd like to techo some of the other comments about SEO here. If you want to make your site as 'findable' as possible you should investigate if your cart software will allow you to make use a module that can rename your urls. For instance, our site used to have a URL such as:

http://www.tqualizer.biz/product.php?itemid=34 -- if you only use this you're forgetting a big part of how search engines work. They like words, which is why our product links now all look like this:

Can you tell which words we're trying to get noticed on? If you can put words into your URLs the search engines are going to smile at you. I think this would be very valuable to someone selling unqiue Canadian designs such as poutine, hockey, and cottage.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Looks good. The only thing I experienced that I personally had issues with as well was the navigation bar at the bottom. I consulted with several internet marketers who spoke about keeping everything on the page where the only navigation was up/down. My resolution is set at 800*600. Good luck.

Just for you and my friends and family, I'm having a 20% off launch sale. The coupon code is "friendsfamily". I will never compete with threadless prices but my designs will always be full of colour and Canadian focused.

SEO is not my strong suit at all. I've gone in and added basic meta-tags, but I know there's far more I can do.
