I have a customer wanting htv on Gildan performance 100% poly shirts. I was planning on using Siser Easyweed. Anybody have any experience with this same setup? Any pointers? Looks like Siser recommends 305 temp, med press. and 10-15 sec.

i'd suggest thermoflex turbo and joto one-4-all
same product from poli-tape in germany

press at 260F for 5 secs, cover with parchment paper and re-press for 5 secs

Easyweed would be a good choice. If the fabric has some stretch than the Easyweed Stretch would be recommended.

I suggest the stretch as well over the regular. If the the clothing is just slightly stretched at all it will effect the vinyl. Best to use stretch to protect your work.,
