Since no one answered my question I contacted a vendor on ebay who has responded quickly to questions. Here's the reply for your enlightenment - "The fluorescent are very similar to highlighter colors. Very bright and vibrant."

So I'm guessing not fluorescent.

I guess it would depend on your definition of Fluorescent .

Fluorescence is the emission of light by a substance that has absorbed light or other electromagnetic radiation. It is a form of luminescence

Maybe it would be more a neon color

Thanks, I didn't know there was one. That link shows out of stock. I see it on other sites but they are last year's version.

Yeah, I agree, "neon" would probably be a more appropriate word.
