Hi Guys,

I have had the simple seps add-on for a little while, but have not used it too much.

I am having problems with getting simple seps to create the color palette. I select the graphic, open up simple seps, and when I click on create color palette, nothing happens. I've tried converting the graphic to rgb, cmyk, etc. nothing happens.

I live in Mongolia, and the majority of the people we work with have pirated software, and sometimes that causes issues with our software.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Any raster graphic will not give a color pallet. You can try the trace function in Corel but Inkscape or vector magic give better results.

Thanks for the support assist :).

Simple Seps works with Vector, Monochrome and Duotone bitmaps basically anything that can hold spot color in in DRAW.

You can separate rater images if you have good quality..

If not you would have to trace to vector.

I use monochrome all the time when separating images for spot color. Most people are not aware of it but you can save allot of time if you know how to separate to monochrome.
