Simple seps 3 & simple seps raster users are you happy with the darkness of the positive/halftone dots on waterproof inkjet film?
I will be getting a Epson 1400 or 1430 should I go all black or will the single black cart do the job?
Also I read about uv dye ink would this be a better choice since I would be using homemade exposure unit ,it's yet to to made? Thanks for any input.

WE use simple seps, with a epson 1400 they turn out pretty black for us using a homemade exposure unit.

I separate my image with photoshop (cs3), then I color overlay, not rip and my image come out very dark.

What kind of exposure setup do you run, please share.

Here Are some pics. Also included a tshirt design we made for a dealership, all using simple seps. Home made exposure with the big foam with lid. Tshirt has half tones in it. 3 colors
