Unusual grammar notwithstanding, it does indeed almost never happen. If you want to do nice printing on very small glossy items, you are talking about a very different beast than shirt printing... Of course it's possible, but it's the old question of whether or not you can vs. whether or not it makes sense to do so.
As I understand it, you can get sublimation blanks for this and get good full color images very cheaply for short runs this way--and it's pretty hard to get the kind of runs for cases that make screen printing these financially sensible.

Im interested in this as well, could this be easier done on say a "rubberized iphone case"?
