Hi Im new to this forum and to t-shirt making. I got all this equipment for my twin Boys to help get them off video games. I just got in my equipment and supplies and the start is not going well. we been trying to print and cut light color transfers with the cameo when we send the work to the plotter to read the registation marks the sheet goes past the rollers off the back side. We practices with plain paper and the cut mat it works fine. when we use the transfer sheet we are having trouble. please help

make sure you have heat transfer set as the type of material

Are you using the carrier mat? I usually use them with everything from transfer sheets to vinyl

I second this it sounds like transfer paper is too light for the cutter. Or the paper isn't secure under the clips
Since it works with paper and the mat you probably need the mat since paper is probably as thin as transfer paper.

You may have to darken the registration marks.

Thank You I got it working now thanks everyone for the tips. I can now cut transfer paper vinyl and paper on the mat
