I'm just getting back on my feet with being able to print shirts again. But I have a slight issue. Before I learned how to utilize my creativity and come up with unique ideas I used get my artist's to create mostly silhouettes based on various sources. I have this old piece of art that was created based on an old sports figure poster from the 80's. I had the artist minimize the poster image and then alter a couple parts of the image. Normally, I would'nt think about trying to print it up but the concept is a great one! I'm itching to print it but I don't want any issues.
Does anyone know about the copyrights or trademarks in relation to creating silhouettes? Can I get away with this and throw my name on the project proudly or continue to let the art collect dust??

Please help!!
